CABO MAYA Tequila is a premium tequila made of 100% of Agave Azul Tequilana Weber at Hacienda La Capilla, located in the region of Los Altos de Jalisco, in Mexico. Our production processes are taken care of down to the smallest detail to offer our consumers a high-quality product and an unparalleled experience in taste, sight, and smell.
In each one of our processes, each and every of the Blue Agave plants selected for a batch belong to the same harvest. The Blue Agave pineapples we use, or hearts of the agave plant, are issued a phytosanitary certification. This is a tracking certificate that makes sure we comply with statutory and regulatory plant health standards. CABO MAYA Tequila is the result of a crafted process. This means that we use a slow cooking through vapor pressure in autoclaves. Also, the fermentation process is made in wooden casks, and finally the distillation process is made in copper vats. Thus, the result is the creation of an exquisite Premium Tequila.

Distillery
Founded in 1999, Compañía Tequilera Hacienda La Capilla S.A. de C.V. is a 100% Mexican distillery. It is located in the town Capilla de Guadalupe at Tepatitlan, which is known as Los Altos de Jalisco. Our Tequila is regulated by the Protection of Appellation of Origin. Using state-of-the-art technology and the highest quality controls during the harvesting of the raw materials and the making of our tequila, our products offer the best quality of its kind in the region. We are proud of our traditions and our employees’ cultural heritage, especially that of our engineers and quality supervisors, since it is them who are responsible for the care and making of our finely crafted tequila. All this guarantees eco-responsibility with the community and the highest quality possible in the making of each batch of our tequila.

Reposado
Cabo Maya Reposado is aged in American white oak barrels during 8 months. The result is the perfect middle between Cabo Maya Plata: crystal-clear, of supreme quality and Cabo Maya Añejo, elegantly dark. Cabo Maya Reposado is smooth and with soft oak notes. It is perfect to drink straight or as the main ingredient in cocktails and dishes.
